  • Receives goods inspection report and credit invoices and accepts/returns the item per the report,
  • Receives copy of purchase order/contract from Procurement Officer & Provisional receiving of goods from supplies,
  • Ascertain goods delivered to store are in compliance with purchase contract/order,
  • Counts, receives the items, checks the document & prepares store receiving voucher,
  • Signs store receiving voucher with supplier,
  • Hands over receiving voucher and credit invoice to procurement Officer (Maker) for payment preparation,
  • Receive store requisition from user organs, checks and determine the quantity of items to be issued,
  • Prepare store issue voucher, sorts, counts items,
  • Signs issue voucher with user organ, handing over the items and updates bin card records,
  • Registers fixed assets issued on register book,
  • Receives and register returned goods,
  • Prepares goods transfer form for returned functional items and issue the item through transfer and send copy of returned/disposable items to Finance Process,
  • Receives & registers disposable items on disposable items list,
  • Handles stock reconciliation activities periodically,
  • Hands over disposable items to winner by ensuring that payment is effected,
  • Handles petty cash and effect minor loading/unloading payments,
  • Performs other related duties given by the supervisor.
    Education and Experience

BA Degree in Management /Marketing /Economics/ Accounting or business-related field with a minimum of Three years of relevant banking experience.

Proven proficiency in Amharic and English languages is desirable and having Knowledge other local Language is advantageous.

    Main Role and Responsibility
  • Post-check validity of tickets and daily opened accounts, are as per policies and operational procedures of the bank
  • Makes sure that computations, journalizing and posting of daily transactions/entries conform with operational procedures,
  • Ensures daily transactions are posted to their specific accounts properly
  • Checks loan files, disbursements and repayments
  • Check documents of trade service activities,
  • Ensures all required information on payment and deposit instrument/vouchers are available and correct

Manager, Operation Management I

    Education and Experience

BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology Management, Materials and Supplies Management or any Other Related Field plus three years of  relevant experience.

Additionally, the following competencies are required.

  • Ensure the proper functioning of the building to meet the required service.
  • Ensure preventative maintenance of building is conducted based on the maintenance cycle set for building and follow up implementation of maintenance
  • Supervise, control and monitor the activities of the assigned plumbers and electricians.
  • Ensure that the building has got enough supply of electric power and water
  • Follow up the building is being properly cleaned and damage furniture, office equipment and other disposable materials are timely removed from the vicinity by communicating user organ on the building

  • Taking care of all contract administration tasks in collaboration with the Construction Projects Manager,
  • Setting the standard of construction materials on specifications and recommending changes in already prepared specifications,
  • Conducting periodic supervision of construction works and meetings on site and making sure problems that affect the progress and quality of works are solved in a timely manner,
  • Checking interim and final payments requests submitted by the Contractor and making sure all contractual obligations are carried out by the Contractor prior to payment approval,
  • Checking specifications, bill of quantities, and takeoff sheets that are used in a new contract, supplementary contracts, variation orders, or payments,
  • Checking construction drawings and making the appropriate adjustments or modifications, if need be,
  • Following-up on the status of the construction works and checking submitted periodical reports to be able to take timely actions,
  • Coordinating Sanitary and Electrical Engineers both in office and site works
  • Giving the appropriate order and instructions to the contractor in relation to the construction works,
